Xalles Assists Ci&T in North America

CAMPINAS, BRAZIL and WASHINGTON, DC, March 23, 2005 –- Xalles Limited, today announced the signing of the contract with Ci&T in Campinas, SP, Brazil.

Ci&T is a Brazilian based corporation with expertise in component-based software solutions for e-business and recognized in the market as a corporation committed to technological evolution, deadlines, innovation and excellence regarding the products and services they provide. Ci&T is well-known in the Latin American market for development based on components, a third option to customized applications (starting from zero) and the search for solutions through the deployment of large software packages (typically ERP, CRM, OLAP, etc.). Xalles and Ci&T will search for and participate in joint marketing activities to promote both companies’ services within North America, a relatively new market for Ci&T. In addition, Xalles will provide systems implementation services to Ci&T and its clients.
